Emotional Intelligence is crucial to effective functioning, both at home and in the work environment. It has been determined that the ability to develop self-awareness and social awareness are key to our success in every area of human activity. This interactive workshop introduces participants to tools and resources necessary for navigating emotional intelligence and leading from “the inside out.” Participants will:

Battling Burnout through Values and Vision

Thinking traps are mental blocks that contribute to stress, disconnect us from others, and make our lives more difficult. They promote faulty reasoning and at times a false sense of reality. These inefficient thinking patterns need to be disrupted so people can be productive and walk in their purpose. This self-reflective and collaborative workshop will allow participants to learn strategies that combat “sinking thinking.” During this session participants will:

  • Recognize the 5 Common Thinking Traps

  • Construct an Action Plan to Challenge Thinking Traps

Effective Communication is a critical component of every relationship. People are expected to articulate thoughts with clarity, validation, and respect. Those who fail to behave in such a manner, tend to end up in a battle of words, wills, and emotions. Through a series of activities and lessons, teams will explore the nature of teambuilding and identify issues that enhance or inhibit team effectiveness. The purpose of this very co-active workshop is to show participants that communicating effectively means leaning into one’s values and choosing to do what is right regardless of our emotions.
